1. Be sure to wear your roomiest pants and come indulge in the 5th annual Gourmet Food Truck Festival at the Del Mar Racetrack on Saturday August 15th.
Cost: Free with racetrack admission: $6 for adults, children under 18 are free, but must be accompanied by parent or guardian. Food prices between $4-$8

2. From 6-8pm, Belmont Park hosts its Summer Kids Series every Wednesday, including a magic show & “kid crafts” on August 12th and live music on August 18th.

4. Celebrate creativity with more than 175 visual artists at ArtWalk NTC this weekend. It all kicks off on Saturday, August 15th and runs through Sunday, August 16th at Ingram Plaza in Liberty Station.“Kidswalk” features art activities and a variety of visual art projects for everyone!

5. Let your little astronomists escape the city lights for Julian StarFest 2015, a three-day festival focused around the field of astronomy from August 13th to 16th. 
Price: Adults are $30, Teens (13-18) are $15, kids 12 and under are free.
