SUP Yoga

SUP Yoga or Paddle board Yoga is yoga practiced on a board floating in the water. This practice helps you to improve concentration, balance and core strength. Anyone is welcome to come to a SUP Yoga class even if it is your first time trying yoga, and/or your first time on a paddle board.

This Summer I’ll be teaching several kids SUP yoga camps at the Mission Bay Sports Center. The camps will kick-off ton Thursday, June 25th & Friday, June 26th from 1pm to 4pm.
